12-hr./month minimum applies to all clients immediately upon signing agreement.  $396mo. /equipment users & $348/mo. non-equipment users.  

Electricity Charges/Equipment Storage - Will apply if client brings in equipment needing additional electricity or wall space

Dry/Cold/Packaging Storage - Additional charges may apply

Small Wares - We do not provide

Insurance:  A certificate of insurance showing a minimum of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance with Capital Kitchen Ventures LLC listed as an additional insured and client must maintain such policy for the duration of any kitchen use.

If you are a Mobile Food Vendor with an unrestricted permit, Capital Kitchens can act as your commissary and sign your commissary letter along with the Mobile Food Vendor's Agreement which allows you to dump waste water and fill up with fresh water and we can provide limited emergency cold storage.  With a Food Enterprise Permit you can also rent kitchen space at an hourly rate and will need a Food Enterprise Permit from the City of Austin/Travis County as required.  STAY COMPLIANT at all times with the City of Austin.

There's ALWAYS room for more mobile food trucks!  You just need to make an appointment with Caleb Bales by emailing him at caleb@capital-kitchens.com.
